The three most important words in real estate advertising are image, image, image. Okay, sales are important too. I wanted to create a very classy and classic image for this upscale property. I came up with a masterpiece. Or at least a concept to introduce the masterpiece collection. The headline, copy and art all worked together to convey the right image, message and impression. I’d like to think Renoir would have bought a home here. Many others did as it sold out in record time.
