My art director and I were charged with creating a brand identity and then an array of advertising, Web and collateral materials for a new suite of customer relationship management solutions for automotive dealers. Loyalty Umbrella was born. I also developed the tag line: “Keeping customers. Happy.” And created the line “Loyalty Reigns,” which we highlighted on the Umbrella logo. Pretty clever, huh? Before I forget, this campaign won a 2007 Silver ADDY Award.
